An activation works when people stop. A press running at a Warehouse District launch party or inside a Glenwood South venue gives them a reason: they pick the design, watch it get printed, and post it.
Live t-shirt printing activations we run in Raleigh
- Custom-styled stations: tuned to your brand and the room, from a downtown convention floor to a campus quad at NC State.
- Product launches: a design printed only that night, for Research Triangle launches that want something guests can't order later.
- Watch parties: tees for a Hurricanes crowd, plus a hat bar for the ones who want to build their own cap.
- Street-level pop-ups: a compact single station for a tight footprint.
The gear ships freight from Fullerton and the crew lands a day early, so give us two weeks' notice if the date moves.
Space, power and timing for a live printing booth in Raleigh
Each station needs about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits. In the Warehouse District that's the thing to confirm first, because some of the older brick buildings have one outlet per wall and no freight lift, so we ask for room photos and a breaker map before the freight leaves Fullerton. A Glenwood South rooftop adds elevator size and wind. For a Canes watch party in a lot outside the Lenovo Center, plan on a generator or a power drop from the venue.
A shirt takes about two minutes from pick to hand-off, and a two-press station runs 100+ an hour, so a two-hour launch night prints roughly 200. If the brand would rather hand out a stitched cap or quarter-zip, add live embroidery. For totes and tumblers, there's promo and hard goods. From June into September an outdoor pop-up here needs a tent over the press, for the sun and the afternoon storms.
