At a wedding or a private party, the station is part of the entertainment. Guests choose a design, watch it get printed, and leave with something that has the date on it.
We bring a styled station for weddings, birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs and private parties across the Research Triangle, from a North Hills reception to a backyard party in Cary. It needs about 10×10 ft and two dedicated circuits, which most venues can find near the bar or the dance floor.
Live t-shirt printing ideas for a Raleigh celebration
- Custom favors: tees, totes or caps with your names and date, pressed in full color with live DTF.
- Embroidery: monogrammed gifts for the wedding party from the live embroidery station.
- Hat bar: guests build their own cap at the hat bar.
- Planning: the gear ships from Fullerton, so six to ten weeks of notice is comfortable.
Space and power for a live printing station at a Raleigh reception
Plan on a 10×10 ft corner and two 120V/20A circuits for us. Hotel ballrooms downtown never run short on outlets, though the banquet captain will want our power listed with their AV vendor ahead of time. Older brick rooms in the Warehouse District and the private bar spaces on Glenwood South are less predictable. Text us a picture of the panel and we'll know right away whether to pack a long cord or a generator, which matters because our cases get crated in Fullerton weeks before your date. Each tee is about 2 minutes on press. With two presses going we clear 100+ an hour, so a 150-person reception is done in an hour and a half. Summer backyard parties in Cary or Durham need a tent over the station: those late-day thunderstorms roll in quick and the sticky air gets into the blanks. October is the month we'd pick for an outdoor setup.
