NC State's main campus and Centennial Campus, its research campus to the south, bring two kinds of events: student crowds at career fairs, orientation and tailgates, and professional ones in the research buildings where companies and university teams share space.
Students line up for anything free, so throughput and a full XS–4XL size run matter more than a premium item. For game-day events, the Lenovo Center sits west of campus.
Campus jobs come with paperwork: vendor registration, a facilities contact, sometimes a fixed load-in time. Send us who to talk to early.
Campus stations
- Live screen printing: the two-press station for a career fair line.
- Live DTF: a department or a grad year on each shirt.
- Live hat bar: caps for a tailgate or a watch party.
- Promo & hard goods: totes for an orientation or a research open house.
Off campus, we also plan events in Downtown & Convention Center, Warehouse District, Glenwood South and North Hills.
A station needs about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits. Campus facilities can usually confirm which outlets are on separate breakers.
Send the building, the date and a headcount for an itemized quote within 24 hours.
