We ship a working print station to your venue, build it before doors, and print shirts, caps and totes while guests watch. Each guest waits about two minutes for theirs. For a Raleigh date, that station starts out in our Fullerton shop, 2,217 miles away in a straight line.
From booking to the first shirt
- Scope. You send the date, the venue and a headcount. The itemized quote, with press count, crew and blanks, comes back within 24 hours.
- Art. We proof the design and lock it about a week out. Size counts for the blanks lock around the same time.
- Freight. Presses, ink, tables and blanks ship from Fullerton, and the crew flies in a day early. At the Raleigh Convention Center that means a dock time and a drayage slot; in a Warehouse District space it usually means a door and a lift.
- Build. Each station takes about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits. We set up and test-print before anyone arrives.
- Print and strike. Guests pick, we print, they wear it. Teardown runs around your schedule.
It works indoors or out: the Raleigh Convention Center, the Lenovo Center, a hotel ballroom, a tented lot near NC State. Outdoor summer dates in the Triangle need shade and a plan for the humidity. Tell us about your event and we'll map the setup. If the date moves, two weeks' notice keeps the freight on schedule.
