A level spot about ten feet square for each station, two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, and a way to get road cases from the dock or the curb to that spot. We ship the presses, ink, blanks, tables and crew.
How that looks in Raleigh rooms
- Raleigh Convention Center: the electrical is ordered through the venue before the show, and load-in runs on a marshalling schedule. Send the booth number and the dock window in writing.
- Hotel ballrooms downtown and in North Hills: ask banquet staff for a circuit catering isn't using, and book the freight elevator.
- Warehouse District lofts: check the door width and whether there's a lift. Older buildings sometimes have one outlet per wall, so tell us where they are.
- Outdoor dates: a tent, a generator or a power drop, and shade. Triangle summers are humid, so blanks stay boxed until they're pressed.
What we bring
Everything else rides in our cases: presses, flash dryers, heat presses, ink, tables, and blanks from XS to 4XL. Mention any power cap or short move-in slot when you book, and the station plan will account for it.
