Most Raleigh live printing events land between $5K and $15K all-in. Where yours lands depends on a few levers you control, so here's how the number gets built.
What drives the price
- Guest count and print volume: the biggest factor. More shirts mean more press time, more blanks and sometimes a second press.
- Hours on site: a two-hour reception and an all-day product launch are very different quotes.
- Garments and goods: a basic tee, a heavyweight hoodie, a cap for the hat bar or promo goods each carry different blank costs.
- Method: screen printing is efficient at volume, DTF handles full color and short runs, and embroidery is the premium finish.
- Travel: Raleigh is 2,217 straight-line miles from our Fullerton shop, so freight, flights and lodging go on one fixed line.
What's always included
Crew, presses, garments, setup and teardown, and every print, on one itemized quote sent within 24 hours. Nothing is billed per piece on the day.
Quick way to scope it: send the headcount, the run time and whether you want one station or two. We'll size it to the room and send a real number.
Getting more for the budget
Travel is fixed, so it's a smaller share of a bigger event and the per-shirt cost drops as headcount rises. A single two-press station at a busy tech conference gives the most pieces per dollar; a smaller hat bar or embroidery station reads as more valuable per piece. See pricing and the cost answer, then send your event details.

How travel shows up on a Raleigh quote
Travel is one line: freight for the kit, flights for the crew and lodging for the nights they're in town. It doesn't change with headcount, which is why a 600-guest show at the Raleigh Convention Center doesn't cost twice what a 300-guest one does.
