Why live merch works for Raleigh events
At Research Triangle product launches, tech and startup conferences and Hurricanes watch parties, the value is attention. Guests stop because something is being made in front of them, and that moment turns into photos, conversation and a reason to stay near your booth.
What to print
- Tees: the default, from XS to 4XL, printed by size on demand.
- Caps: built at a hat bar, and worn more than tees at summer outdoor events.
- Quarter-zips and stitched pieces: for a biotech or pharma crowd that cares about quality over quantity.
- Totes and tumblers: for a crowd that already owns a drawer of conference tees.
How to plan the station
Decide what the merch is for before deciding what it is. A booth at the Raleigh Convention Center wants throughput and a line that reads from the aisle. A private event in Glenwood South wants personalization and a keepsake. Then size the station: about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits each, up to 60 shirts an hour from one press and 100+ from two.
Raleigh planning notes
Planning from 2,217 miles out
Every Raleigh station ships freight from our Fullerton shop and the crew lands a day early, so the merch plan is settled six to ten weeks ahead, with art final about a week out. Tell us which kind of event you're running and we'll size the station to it.
