Six to ten weeks is the comfortable window for live printing in Raleigh. That isn't press time. It's the trip: our gear rides a freight truck from Fullerton to the Triangle, and the crew flies in the day before.
A simple timeline
- Ten weeks out: ideal for a Research Triangle product launch or a big tech conference at the Raleigh Convention Center, with time to confirm the marshalling window and the electrical order.
- Six to ten weeks: the usual range. Send the date, venue and headcount and we lock the setup and the freight.
- About a week out: art is final and blank sizes lock.
- Under six weeks: sometimes doable, depending on freight and blank stock that week. Ask, and you'll have an answer within 24 hours.
What speeds things up
Have the logo ready, a rough headcount, the venue and date, and which stations you want. The more you send up front, the sooner we can proof art and book freight. If the date changes after booking, two weeks' notice keeps it on track.
Short on time? Simple art and standard blanks are what make a tight run-up possible. Send the date and we'll tell you straight.

Raleigh planning notes
Where Raleigh schedules get tight
The Raleigh Convention Center's big show weeks are the pinch point. Hotels, drayage and labor tighten across the Triangle at the same time, and marshalling slots fill up. If your event lands on one of those weeks, book toward the ten-week end.
