If you need custom t-shirts for a Raleigh event, there are two routes: order boxes from a shop and hand them out, or bring the press to the event and print each shirt for the guest standing in front of it. We do the second, and each guest has theirs about two minutes after picking a design.
Why print at the event
A box of pre-printed tees means guessed sizes and leftover mediums. Printing live lets each guest pick a size and a design, so every shirt goes to someone who chose it. At a tech conference downtown or a product launch in RTP, that line is also the busiest spot in the room.
What we can print
- Tees: soft tees from XS to 4XL, printed by size and design on demand.
- Hoodies and crewnecks: for fall and winter dates in the Triangle.
- Caps: guests build their own at the live hat bar.
- Totes and hard goods: promo items for guests who already have enough shirts.
Screen printing or DTF?
For one bold design across a big crowd, live screen printing is quicker. For full-color art or a name on each shirt, live DTF has no color limit. Send the art and we'll pick.
Planning numbers: each press paces up to 60 shirts an hour, and the two-press station clears 100+.

Before the shirts ship out
Custom tee jobs start with the blanks. Size counts lock about a week out, along with the art, because the blanks travel with the presses from our Fullerton shop. Send a rough size split if you have one; if not, we'll build it from the headcount.
